I had a key copied twice - one did not fit, the other one worked, but not very well.I went back there and made it clear that I really need the key woking, both copies were seemingly corrected.it turns out nothing has changed: one still does not work at all, the other one hardly.The first time i had a key copied was about ten years ago, the same story happened.The same has happened to my mother there.EITHER copying keys so they work is really hard to doOR this store is a bunch of incompetent old men, do not go there!
